Just seems to me that the trend in women's preferences is to a feminized man. Clean-shaven, and I'm told any body hair should be shaved (excepting pubes). a good listener, but who doesn't actually try to solve your problems. wants a monogamous relationship (which is contrary to our biology), etc. etc.

Woah! Why are we getting personal? Did I say that I disapproved? Did I say that none of these descriptors apply to me? NO. And men are biologically designed for "shotgun" approach to reproduction, it is inherent in the way sperm is produced and means that our instincts are not towards monogamy. It is not good or bad, it just is. But I personally feel that a man that can't control his instincts is sub-human.

That's b.s. The listening, clean-shaven, preferably monogamous...yes. But the rest of that metrosexual stuff. No. I want a man to actually want to solve the problem, not go on asking me, What do you think? What do you want? It's up to you. These guys don't even want to have a good job long term and will let the woman do it all if they could get away with it.
GrRrRr. Be a manly man. A KIND one, but a MAN all the same. ;-)

You are not describing a feminized man. You are describing a very sexy man who know what women want. Just because a man knows that women like it all shaved and can listen, does not make him a fem. Especially if he is faithful, not all men are pigs!! Sorry to hear that you have yet to learn how to satisfy a real woman!!

A monogamous relationship is contrary to your biology???
Who are you kidding???? Women want a man, a man who is an adult, who understands that being a man doesn't mean jumping every female who happens to catch his eye, being a man means being, loving, strong, tender, gentle, kind, faithful and responsible, all the things adults are expected to be.
Women don't want a man who is more like a woman, we want a man who treats us the way we treat them, with love and respect, trust and honesty.
Trust me, I've been married to a good, faithful, loving, manly man for 25 years, it's not contrary to one's biology to be monogamous, and anyone who thinks differently is only looking for justification to cheat.

Again, I do not follow trends.
A clean shave is good at times (just like a woman's legs), a good listener is OK (when you want one) but I can always talk to the guys at work. Monogamous Smonogamous, I will take what I want from who I want, just like you, etc..etc.. etc..!
Oh, I was just told that would make me a slut and you a man
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Deal with it!!

That's not always true but I think those women like feminine men because they can relate to them better and they can share all their emotions and etc etc.
I like the manly men with all the facial and body hair <3

Women want a more feminized man because a longer and stronger relationship can be created for married. It would be a guy who is not only a lover but a good friend.

honestly if that were the type they were going for they should find a gay best friend. im not into men who shave off everything...except pubes which is nice lol but good listening is good and monogamous is somthing most people want even if it is aginst our nature...but im not looking for a straight man to act like a woman if i want a man i want a man a real one. who acts like it if i wanted a chick id get one...just my opinion

I like hair on men. Well groomed manly men. Not the baby faced boys you see in magazines. It does seem that men and women are becoming one sex. But don't worry, trends change

NOT TRUE! i love guys with grunge and a dirty shave! Only sometimes we lose our "natural" senses and go for the clean cut guy. We like it tho when guys help solve problems----like if i made the right choice by picking Peyton Manning as my fantasy football quarterback.? Yes! See we arent all lipstick, nails, and obessessed with loser perfect Ken dolls. Good luck with finding someone right!

The wind has shifted. The metrosexual is OUT!! The new trend is the pudgy guy. The examples they give are Will Ferrell, and Vince Vaughn.
