The first proof we see is in nature. We live in a perfectly balanced world, not too close to the sun, not too far away. The multitude of systems running at the same time in the weather, our bodies, etc... These things would not have happened by chance no matter how many millions of years would have gone by. Upon seeing this I wanted to know who it was that designed it. My family raised me as a Christian so I believed in the God of Abraham as a child. But, when I grew up I realized that there were several 'gods' and how was I supposed to know which was the true God? I challanged a Christian friend of mine to prove that the God of the Bible was the true God and that Jesus, whom the Bible says is his Son, was also God. I expected he would say, You just have to have faith, which would not have been a sufficient answer. But, he proved it. He showed me the hundreds of Old Testament prophecies that were written hundreds of years before Christ, that He fulfilled. The book of Isaiah was so prophetic that many critics believed it was written after Jesus' life. However, it was discovered in the Dead Sea Scrolls in 1948. Those scrolls were written hundreds of years before Jesus. I'm a believer now and it seems so obvious to me.

I asks this same question all the time because man wrote the bible. The same way Santa Claus is made up, I believe that God is also made up.

The good thing is that postive things is being thought, however without proof how does anyone knows if he or she really exist. The only way I will believe that there is a God is if someone tells me personally that she/he spoke to the person. Other then that I do not want to hear it anymore..

I believe that there is something spirtual but it is unexplainable. When you die, this is when all the curiousty will come out and then we will know the truth...

I think that is an excellent question.
One which Religion AND Science have been trying to answer all these years. And neither can prove the existence nor the non-existence of God.

But the thing is, God does not have to be proved to anyone because Religion is based on Belief which is actually just a synonym for Faith. and Faith says; "firm belief in something for which there is no proof"

That which is spiritual in nature can not be subjected to physical examination, thus not be proved by either Science or Religion.

But since we can not prove that God 100% exists, there still in NO WAY to prove that God 100% does not exist. It is impossible to prove either way.

So there is no proof that God exists
and
There is no Proof God doesn't exist.

This is just my opinion, what's yours?

The Bible tells us God exists.

I could put a similar question to you. Give me proof that God does NOT exist! You will never be able to prove that God does not exist. Even Evolution does not prove that God does not exist.

In the end, its all personal belief!

In as much as I was not around to see how everything came into being (and neither were you),I say, "I don't know ..... YET!" To assume that some god, my less than intellectual ancestors made up, instantaneously farted the universe into being, is absurd
