i need your help with starting this off...?

Question

ok, i am trying to write an essay so i can get money for college. i am in 9th grade and this is what they want me to write about:
"why i am deserving deserving of the scholarship."

PLEASE HELP!! i know, that to you, this essay would be easy to write, but i need tome tips and adivce on how to write a good one so i can win.

"I deserve not only to attend college but I deserve to attend free of charge because I refused to be bothered by writing your lame essay and I got some complete stranger (unknown to either you or me) to do it for me. I was neither smart enough or ambitious enough to do it myself, and isn't that just the kind of student you want to blow your scholarship funds on rather than some nerd who actually does his own work (what a fool)? Anyway, I need the bread and you should give it to me just because I want it.
What I learned most in highschool was, if I could get suckers to do my work for me on Yahoo Answers, I wouldn't have to do it myself so I guess the most influential course I took use computer lab and as soon as the folks on that site tell me what school I should attend, and what my mafor should be, I'll let you know."

There are basically two things that they are interested in:

1. That you are really needy.
2. You will not waste the money.

Start off by telling them about your family, what your parents do, the kind of house and neighborhood you live in, what your school is like, and that even though other people in your area waste thier time and lives, you study hard...

Then tell them that you know college is the only way to have a better life for yourself, and you've been studying hard and need someone to give you a hand up to a new life.

Then finish up by telling them that you know the way to succeed is by hard work and by studying hard in college too, and that you hope they will give you a chance to prove yourself.

Hmmm, what is special that sets you off from other contestants? (without coming across that you are obviously the better choice) Are you involved with social/community service programs, student leadership, academic tutoring/clubs? If you will be the first to attend college in your family, write about the options that this will give you.

Be honest! Right down the real reason! You need it for college right? Then say, why do you want to go to college..then say what you hope to achieve after college....

Keep it simple, but honest! Just make sure that whenever you say something like " I believe..." or " I want to...." make sure you put a good reason for it.

What would impress me is to read what you want to do with your education -

like "i want to build safe buildings, Engineers do that, you need to go to college to be a good/licensed engineer."

But written better than that.

just say that you are destitute and need the money to keep you from a life not worth living
