I would just start talking to him and see how he reacts. You will be able to tell by his reaction what to do next. For instance, if he talks back with you and is friendly, then you have a great chance of getting this guy. If he does not talk nice to you and walks away without making conversation with you then he obviously is not interested so don't waste your time. Good luck!
