No, only the people who have not repented and accepeted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Also people who are too young or are incapable of doing it (like children and babies, even the unborn).

The tribulation happens after Jesus has came back to take his own. The ones left will go Thu the tribulation. But before it starts some will become believer of Christ and start sharing the truth again. It is those people that he is talking about in Matthew 24:22.
Now that you read Matthew go on and read Revelation it is a short book but it will make since of what you are asking.

You miss an important verse, that being verse 15. When a certain sign appears, then the command is given to flee. This corresponds to two events; the rapture and the hiding of the faithful nation Israel in the desert (Revelation chapter 12). These two events will coincide with the Antichrist erecting the abomination that causes desolation at the mid point of the 7 year tribulation period and will start the Great Tribulation. Those are the times that no one would survive if God did not keep it short.

Those that are alive at the time will, the dead will not!
The time is near, soon, close!
Before the baby boomers pass away!
we still have the beginning of the rebuilding the temple in Jerusalem.
Iraq becoming the center of commerce
and a few other things which are coming.
But we will all go through the tribulation
there is no rapture, at least no before the trib.

To answer your question....no. And here is biblical proof.
Revelation 3:10
"You have kept my command to put up with anything that happens. So I will keep you from the time of suffering that is going to come to the whole world. It will test those who live on the earth."
Those that are not saved will go through the tribulation.

He was talking about those of us who would be living at the end of the world. He mixed the prophecies with those for the destruction of Jerusalem. It had a real application after Jesus went back to heaven and it will have another application very soon in this world's history.

No flesh would be saved: meaning no flesh as in FLESH will be saved. Those persons whom have not deid of the flesh yet, in other words person who is still living for this life. It is not your spiritual body, which is the "body" who is going to heaven/hell. And no not everyone will be alive otherwise it will just be commen sense that everyone must still be alive. Only those people whom is still alive at that stage.
