There are many newly discovered sleep disorders and you have described symptoms which may be attributed to a sleep disorder. There are so many types, and even your normal doctor can not determine what type you may have or if treatment is required. However, there are sleep studies that your doctor can prescribe where you go and spend the night. They hook you up to heart monitors other types of monitors to determine sleep patterns and breathing while sleeping.

This is nothing to take likely. Although the symptoms themselves may be something you can life with, there may be an underlying condition that should be treated.

There is also a book called "No more Sleepless Nights", (go to mayoclinic.com) for author and way to order.

Try Melatonine, it is a Supplement, not a Drug. I had a Sleeping Disorder, and it Helped me Fine.

How much caffeine do you consume? This will give you all of the symptoms you describe. Try cutting back.
