I do fine with meals, its the snacks that get me.

1. Try a V-8
2. peach
3. 1/2 of raisin bran with skim milk
4. pretzels (you can have mustard pretzels or cheese kind
5. rice cake with a little tuna on it or cottage cheese
6. dill pickle
7. breyers real fruit popsicle
8. no fat chocolate cup cakes they sell them at walmart
9. slice of 8 grain bread with some fruit spread
10 no fat fruit yogurt
11 fruit cups
12 skim milk with a couple of low or no fat cookies
13 drink something like some iced tea with splenda
14, bannanna's fill me up and i believe you should eat all of it.

snack on veggies or fruit. Fat-free yogurt is only 110 calories a cup, keep some of that on hand. Almonds are also a good snack, a little bit will keep you feeling full for a long time.

Someone suggested sugar free jello. That one is a super good snack. Add some fruit or nuts to it too for a different taste.

Peanut butter and crackers
Apples or most any fruits
Hot air popped popcorn

Try having a protein bar for a snack or if that does not sound good to you try a protein shake like designer whey.

try 100 calorie packs by Nabisco (I think). The oreo ones are really good, and there is a bunch in a package so you don't feel cheated!! Sliced apples are also really good, and frozen grapes as well.

i like the prepackaged ones, they come in a lot of colors, and for the most part they are easily transportable and they are very inexpensive. oh, they are called fruits and vegetables.
