It is located directly to the left of the steering column under the dash. You practically need to lay on your back with your head under the dash to see it. They did a heck of a job hiding it.

someone else said it but it should be near the stear wheel... its under a lil latch.. and if that doesnt work.. go to pepboys and grab of there lil books..

open the hood and it should be on the rear.. right in front of the driver as if the driver wasw sitting in the vehicle
