Get a ladder and put it back in the nest!
Don't worry. Just put it back in the nest. If the baby is unhurt and in good condition despite the fall, the Mother will take it back. Birds don't care. Mom will take it back if it is healthy and in good shape. Put the baby back!
If it has been damaged from the fall and Mom rejects it, take it to the local Wildlife Care Center...look in the yellow pages or GOOGLE it.
Put the baby back and let us know how it's going, okay?

A bird that age can't eat on its own. It needs its MOM! Put the Baby Back in the nest!
And let us know what happens.

I would try to make something to put it in to place it back in the nest. Like a cup attached to a stick or something. If the parents are still feeding it on the ground I wouldn't worried to much about it because it will be flying soon. it is amazing how fast the grow. But if you cant get to the nest I would make a something around it so predators don't get it. you can put chicken wire If you have.

Put it back in the nest. They are seed eaters and will not eat worms. If it can't fly, it needs its mother.

If you can't get it into the nest, get it to a rehabilitator ASAP. A few hours won't be bad without food, but once it's stool starts to turn yellow, then green, you've waited too long.

If you can safely get to the nest, put the baby back in it. Contrary to popular belief, the mother will not reject the baby, and she is the best caretaker of it. If you can't reach the nest (or get someone else who can) then you should contact a wildlife rehabilitator in your area. Most zoos and vets will know the ones that are nearby.

I've got a lot of links to wildlife carers from a lot of countries on my site, at
http://au.geocities.com/leaswebsite/links under "Wildlife Assistance" - just click on them all, click on your country and state, have a browse, 'phone them and ask their advice.

Very very best of luck.

I would go on line and see what the Columbus zoo recommends, they have a web site www.columbuszoo.com. if that doesn't work call the humane society in your area and ask them they have rescue groups for birds all over. try www. rescue birds.com
