Well i work days and my man works second shift....we live together but dont see much of eachother during the week at all, becasue when he comes home im sleeping...an when i wake up hes sleeping...but we look very much forward to the weekends together. so i think by working seperate shifts it keeps things interesting for the next times you spend together,,,and you miss eachother even more. not up eachothers butt all the time is a good thing,,,,less arguing over stupid things..makes you appreciate eachother more.

You alls relationship won't last girl, because it sound like that you all are not spending enough time with each other. That's how it will effect you all. I have seen relationships fall like that, because the trust was lost after a partner cheated. Maybe you and him get take off and get some down time with just the two of you. If you and him have weekends off then that is cool, but if you all don't and just working nonstop then that is bad. You and him need some alone time. Take a vacation that could be good for ya'll.

If you really love each other it can work, my husband and I did about the same thing for 10 years. What I used to is make dates with him. So whenever we could we would go out. It might work for you. It also depends on how much you both trust each other.
