No way Jose! What is the challenge if a blind person or other handicapped people can to it. Sadly Mount Everest is like Disneyland for mountains! I would rather climb K-2. K-2 is the worlds second highest mountain!

after reading the book, "Into Thin Air" by Jon Krakauer, which contains very very detailed information about climbing Mt. Everest, I would definitly say no.
You have to be a very very fit and very very experienced ice mountain climber to be able to climb that mountain.

As you commence to climb i'd say sure to no oxygen. although the closer you get to the real you'll want your oxygen. because the closer you get to the real. The thinner the air will be at that altitude.

yes if i had a parachute to fly down in and extra precautions or i would get in a plane helicopters dont fly that high and just say i climbed it.
