think about this, if your parents thought you to be good to follow their rules and everything would be o.k and you'll be safe, but you decided to follow YOUR rules and do bad things, kill, robbery, jail etc.do you think is going to be o.k if people start saying why his parents step in to stop him from doing all this things, when they already talked to you and you didn't listen to them?who's fault is going to be yours or your parents?

If I had the definitive answer, I would be the happiest person on Earth. I stopped questioning a long time ago, though. It would be really easy to allow the state of the world and "man's inhumanity to man" throughout history to point to the ideal of there being no G-d whatsoever. I'm fine with that notion, however, I really do believe in a higher power and I have just had to make peace that there are things we will never understand on this mortal plane, as much as we humans desperately try to quantify and define everything. If hard-pressed, I would just say that we were given free-will by G-d and it's a unique human tragedy that we all must suffer for others' disregard and disdain for such a beautiful gift.

He works in mysterious ways! He is not allowing soldiers to die... jsut simply bringin them into his kingdom! haha... sorry. Thats the answer you will get, despite the fact they wil look like idiots saying it now. But why he doesn't step in is an interesting dilema. Smart religious people say that he does not intervene, becasue it makes them sound less rediculous. But that is stupid too, because how could be be a true and rightous god and allow evil to run circles around inocent people, people he supposedly let his son die for on the cross. The fact is, there are holes in religion that come about now becasue we have science now. Then again, even then religion was screwy. If God says thou shault not kill, why where there Crusades?

it is a sign Judgement day draws ever closer, and faster too..

In the REAL Muslim belief, judgement day will come when there are no more believers.
People say the number of Muslim followers are increasing? Sure I believe it. I would be proud to know that my religion is getting more followers, but to what point if more n more ppl join because they think it is a religion to be used against Western powers? So, there isnt any real increase in believers, only a decrease... That is a BIG BIG sign judgement day draws closer and we're all being punished even now because of all our sins...

Does prayer work? Hundreds of millions prayed for God to stop Hitler, but God did nothing and 30 million+ died. Either God is heartless, powerless, both, or does not exist at all.

Uh, better question: why don't the terrorists just stop and let everyone else live! God generally doesn't impose His will on us.

Same reason he doesnt stop war, famine, and plague. Because these are curses to mankind brought about by our sinful nature. In the end people that carelessly take life are accountable to God just like the rest of us!

It is a test as to whether we are willing to realize that evil exists and are we willing to defend our freedom to the death. I also believe that God simply puts the situations in front of us. How we handle them is up to us. If we use the wisdom and principles of correct living, then we will win.
