Your still immature. You haven't fully found yourself and are seeking love from another person because you lack it. I'm a Pisces and i was in the same boat but once you start acknowledging yourself and your good qualities you will naturally attract the right Scorpio or cancer. Then you will realized why you the "others" didn't work out for you.
