does my brother have problems now and again he comes out with anything that doesnt make sence he doesnt have any mental problems just that he comes out with stupid things and get all giddy thanks

He could be just doing the normal brother thing and trying to be funny. Or he could actually have a problem such as with drugs. Sorry, I have no opinions to offer beyond that. But if you think there is a problem, talk with your parents.

I don't know what kind of problems your brother has you might want to have him checked out by a doctor or he could be doing drugs while you are writing but you'll never know till you talk to him or your mother.

Why is this your problem? Leave your brother to get on with his own stuff. Chances are hes probably doing these things because you give him a reaction. Ignore him or agree with him....it works!!!
And as for him being a druggie...WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?????

If he is 2 or 3 then this would be normal. I would check his room for suspicious looking substances.

maybe he's trying to be funny.. some poeple have obtuse senses of humor.. could age. maybe he's just trying to annoy you.. (like brothers NEVER do that!..lol). untill he starts chasing people with a chainsaw.. I'd just ignore it.
