The Dominican consulate in Miami is only open for persons who live in Miami/Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach/Fort Pierce-St. Lucie/The Keys/ and Fort Myers metro areas, everyone else in Florida must go to the one in Jacksonville, as do people in the southeastern US. People of the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, and Jamaica must also go to the one in Miami.

So, if you live in:

Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Indian River, St. Lucie, Collier, Hendry, and Monroe Counties, you are moderated by the one in Miami, for all other counties in Florida, go to the one in Jacksonville:

Miami one is located at: 1038 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131
(305) 358-3220

Jacksonville one is located at: 1914 Beachway Road Suite 1A, Jacksonville, FL 32207
(904) 346-0909
