Why is my boyfriend so mean and hurts me emotionally, but still says he cares about me and loves me? Is he lieing?
Everytime we get in a fight we'll start argueing and he will say some of the most hurtful things to me, and never apologize, then he just expects everything to be okay, and for me just to believe he cares about me and loves me because hes told me before, I dont like it and dont think i can do it anymore, but i want to be with him, i dont know what to do anymore....

My ex used to do that when we were dating.. Then he started pushing me after we got married, then one night he held me down and left bruises on my chest from trying to make it so I couldn't breath.
You might not want to continue this relationship.

HE'S SO HURTFUL BECAUSE HE'S UNHAPPY WITH HIMSELF #1, AND #2, YOU'RE ALLOWING HIM TO BE DISRESPECTFUL, SO WHY SHOULD HE CHANGE?

He starts a fight to leave and go else where and to do what?! He is not completely happy with himself so he can not just be still and be happy. He may be cheating... You do not nor any one else needs this type of stress. There are diseases you know! STOP taking him back! Get on with your life and KICK him to the curb! DROP THAT ZERO and get your self a HERO! Love is Love, good is good and bad is bad, WAKE -UP! LET GO OF HIM! Good riddance to bad rubbish! You have God's Love all around you! You don't need him!

Hmm doesn't sound like a very healthy relationship to me, i think its best you move on. Unless of course you are quite willing to be emotionally abused. If he is not apologising to you well then he obvioulsy feels he doesnt seem the need and has done or said nothing wrong. Nobody can make up your mind for you I think you know whats best for yourself."Does he love you?" well if you ask me it sounds like the love is all one sided and not his side.

No girl needs to take that from any guy,there is plenty of fish in the sea,go get one that will treat you decent and that will love you and not mine telling you so and will apologize when wrong.

they say the rules for a fair fight is no name calling or put downs, do not bring up the past, no hitting, and no swearing...I can do all but I still swear...If he really loves you he would not put you down,
He says thigs like that to you to make him self feel better..If he cant say I'm sorry..and even try not to do it again you need to find someone better..you don't need someone like that...you can do better...even my wife would agree with that.. and we been married 15 yrs

you have to understand that us men have a very high in pride and most of the times insensitive... if you really love that guy just be patient a little. and also don't be a martyr..

A lot of women get stuck in relationships like this just because they are too nervous to stand up and say "Please don't speak to me like that" Say this to him, Quietly and calmly next time he speaks to you like that. He might check himself.....But if he continues speaking to you like that, then he will continue to antagonize you forever if you don't leave him.
