i dont know but i agree. i thought my 15 year old cousin would eventually shut up but she hasnt yet....

Well little kids are full of energy... as or course you know.... and they are getting it all out... and I''m sure that they shut up while they are sleeping... but, while full of energy that means that they are getting the nutrients they need and that means they are healthy

because their minds are developing and they are trying to figure out the world around them. If little kids talk to you a lot take it as a complement. If they dont talk to you, it usually means they dont like you!
give them a break! They are just kids!!!!

This is not a good question. Children have a right to be here; and they have a right to express themselves. If you are having frustration with any children around you, get help. Look in the phone book for agencies. Talk to someone. Do not take this out on children. It is your problem. Not theirs.

Because they don`t what there doing believe me I have a baby sister and she is 2 years old and she never shuts up................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
