Yes!! Astro traveling is a way the spirit leaves the body without dying. I know you have already gotten this information but many people have astro traveled and just don't realize it . It can take on a dream like quality if you are not trained to do it. Hope this info is helpful. There are many books available on this subject if you have genuine interest in this area.

I've heard tell,There is a school in Texas for remote viewers. Some of the teachers were x military and work for the government. They are very serious about this.
dejavu is sometimes credited as this.
when you jerk in your bed , it is said that's your spirit coming back into your body.

Yes it is called astral projection when either your energy or spirit leaves your body while still alive. Also people who have almost died experiance this when they speak of seeing family members who have passed after walking down a tunnel of light.

According to some folks, yes. They claim to have had out of body experiences. Some people in life threatening situations (drowning, accidents, etc) claim to have left thier bodies and viewed it from a position above.
