Depends on what quality of ukulele you want. As others have noted, the cheap airport ones cost under $20 US. But if you want a quality instrument (Kamaka is one famous brand) you could pay anywhere from $500-1000 for a ukulele.
There are some reasonably priced beginner's models. One popular model is the 'fluke' which is around $180. They sell the fluke here:

once you're conversing a actual air guitar, they do no longer fee something dood. it is such as you're playing a pretend guitar, yet rocking out to the max! look on youtube and notice what I propose. so some distance as a music i might decide for some thing it is properly sturdy in guitar riffs and stuff like that, prolly a Van Halen music or some thing. desire ya win guy! -n.

It depends upon the quality. I've seen them anywhere from $10 to $100. There are certainly plenty of places to buy them: flea markets, swap meets, music stores. You will probably find the best price online: try ebay.com or yahoo auctions or shopgoodwill.com

I suggest you call your local music store and shop around for the best price. Inexpensive I am sure. eBay may also have them for sale. Good luck.
