Be aware of the prepackaged foods you eat. Try not to eat prepackaged foods if at all possible. Or, go with all natural and organic options. There are all kinds of poisonous preservatives in prepackaged foods. Some major ones to look our for are MSG, hyrdogenated and partially hyrdogenated oils, and sodium nitrites. It can be very overwhelming to avoid these things so just be aware and do your best. For example, if you eat bacon with breakfast one day during the week then try not to eat any other processed meats the rest of the week--that way your cutting down on the sodium nitrites.
Good luck and feel free to message me if you have any questions or need tips and ideas.

Vitamins, iron and Folic acid are all very important. Make sure that you are getting enough natural calcium (milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream). The more active you are the easier it will be for your body to carry the baby. Eat healthy foods like vegetables (green and red or orange in color are higher in some natural vitamins and minerals). even after you get pregnant continue to be active, but don't over do it. (walking is great). Remember a healthy mom is conducive to a healthy baby.
