eat allot,,,,salty foods sweets and junk food.....if i could i would be more than happy to share a few of my pounds.....lol

Eat very high calorie food and do very little exercise. Drink really rich milkshakes made with premium ice cream. Eat 3 full meals a day plus 3 snacks. Take seconds. Be generous with the butter and salt. Be sure to eat a lot before bedtime.

It's a little unhealthy to put on 10 pounds in a week, so you're going to want to do it with foods that are healthier for your body. You need a lot of fat, but try to get the fat from "healthy" fats, such as peanut butter, nut butters, olive oil, and flaxseed oil. Eat TONS of carbs. Try mixing the carbs with the fats, for example you could spread oil on a potato before you bake it, have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Potatoes are an excellent way to gain weight. Sweet potatoes especially, and yams. Try smothering them in olive oil, baking them, and then add honey and maple syrup once they are cooked.

Basically, in order to gain that much weight in a week you need to count your calories and make sure you are getting at least 4,000. Try to push for 4500, and don't burn the calories.

You could always boost your scale weight by drinking lots of water and eating salty things- it has been proven that the human body can retain up to 6 lbs of water. Also eat heavier foods. If fried food makes you queasy, try a stout oatmeal or thick steak. Heavy foods equal a heavy stomach, which equals more weight.

Morgan Spurlock did it by eating nothing but McDonalds. Careful, there were nasty side effects though. Watch the movie Super Size Me and you'll see what happened to him after 30 days of it.

Well, try eating a lot of food rich in Calories, and drink a lot of cokes; but know this: you could get a high level of triglycerides or Cholesterol and in the long run you'll get Diabetes and you'll have a lot of Glucose that it will be harmful for youl health, honey!!!

Eat a lot of breads and meat every day. And a banana a day, but not more than one. Meat every meal, bread too.
But it's not healthy to gain weight too quickly. Be careful.

Eat Bananas with Warm Milk.
I m not sure in one week how much u will gain

Gain?!??! Huh! never had someone want to know how to gain?
Sit around, eat whatever, fast food, alot of bread, pasta, all the "heavy" stuff, potato's etc., while watching t.v.

I dont advise that you try that much that quickly. If you really need to gain weight take it slow.
