Please it is a diffucult question to answer.
However, I would suggest that he goes to
any International Bank in Malayasia, which
has operations in India, and talk to them.
They would guide him properly about the
entire affair. I know for sure that these
Banks lend money for buying properties
in India.
My ex-boss had got the finances as loan
from City Bank to buy a property in India,
(New Delhi). This was in 1987-88. Since
then, lot of liberalisation has taken place.
In case he fails to get a suitable reply,
please ask him to go to State Bank of India
in Malayasis or visit the website of SBI,
in Google.
