Drink water. If you want to reduce the bloat, cut back on the salt and/or drink some grapefruit juice.

Bloating should be the least of your worries...
If you eat large quantities of high sodium food and do not drink water you run the risk of hypernatrimia which can (if not taken care of) result in coma

If you drink a lot of sodium, your going to retain water if there is something wrong with your immune system, such as your being a heart patient...
If your normal, just drink a lot of water to get it out of your system, but, beware, if you over due this process of binging in salt, and flooding your system with water, to flush it out, your going to flush out your Potassium, and you can get a heart condition because of it, and if its too severe, you can even DIE!!
I know, as a heart patient, I almost did, because my potassium was so low!
But,the symptoms are, sleeping all the time or excessively tired or nodding off, so, just take this as a precaution, as I wouldnt want to see anything happen to anyone!
I wish you well..
