It should not really hurt her - give her an upset stomach and maybe diarrhea. Just like a person if they ate too much candy. Dogs really are alot like humans.

I don't see anything on google about a dog eating peppermint candy, observe him/her tonight. Also, you can call an emergency vet to see what they say, and to call yr vet in the morning. Probably, just to observe, let the dog drink lots of water., and KEEP THE CANDY OUT OF THE DOG'S WAY!

There is peppermint in some dogs treats for bad breath. she may get the 'trots' or throw up because of the exess sugar. Get her to drink lots of water to help flush it out faster. She should be fine.

No your dog will be fine! My dog eats peppermints and gum out of my purse all the time! and hr is just fine! Perfectly healthy. She will just have better smelling breathe

She's going to have the runs... Call the vet and make sure everything's cool ...but otherwise since there wasn't any chocolate involved I'd think she'd be okay!

Let's see, you will need a huge bowl of water and acess to outside. Or else you will be cleaning dog doo-doo off the floor.

I suspect that she will be sick in the tummy for a while.. make sure she has access to WATER.
