Tom Collins , Martini's and Gin and OJ, gin and tonic are probably the most common gin drinks that do not include any other alcohol other that gin.

Tom Collins.. Gin sour mix and splash 7 up
Martini shake gin with ice then strain ....would not recommend with skol gin though
The others are self explanatory

Don't know what skol gin is but a good drink w/gin is just mixed with grapefruit juice.Sounds awful but you wouldn't believe how good it is mixed together. They truely complement eachother. Esp. good on a hot day at the beach!!!! Enjoy

I agree with the lime is the the key to the gin and tonic. But since the bitterness is the problem for you try Roses lime juice usually found with the mixers in the drinks section. It is very sweet and will cut the bitterness and give you the lime flavor. Also use quality gin. Tanqueray or Bombay Sapphire.
