If I'm upset, tired, sad, aggravated-whatever! I buy something; often things I can't really afford. If I find, say, a pair of shoes that I really like. I then think I need them in every color. I am trying to get my credit card balances down and really think I need help!

you don't need help you just nned to set a budget for your self each time you go...yeah you can get those shoes in every color but after you try out the first pair and make sure you really like them..there's nothing wrong with shopping...just learn to control your spending and do so by only allowing your self to spend a small amount each time you go
