It is free. It is owned by Monster.com. They get their money for the site by posting all those ads and links to the worthless rip-off schools.

no..just have to sign up..i use it daily....retired with 20 years in...and 70 % service connect diabled i get alot of information from the sight....also good for locating old buddies....
