It could be a panick atack, anxiety or even mild seisures. Are you aware of what's arround you when that happens? You might be very tired or stressed, it could also be a chemical imbalance or even low Calcium levels. Go see a doctor, run some blood tests for your Calcium and blood sugar. A thyroid check might be helpful too. Get well soon.

First of all, you need to get enough sleep. If this persists, see a doctor because the dazed and dream like feeling could be a symptom of something more serious. Anxiety and stress could definitely be a possibility. They have mild medications that could help.

I am no doctor but it sounds like maybe your sinuses or inner ear. Try taking some sine-off or other sinus pain relief medicine. If this doesn't help I would consider seeing a doctor.

It sounds like you are having anxiety, this could be from all the issues you listed and I think that if you just relax a little bit you should be fine.

Could be sugar problems.
Something like that happened to me. I used to drinka lot of coke, and one day I suddenly stopped(not by choice :-P) I felt like that for a few days.
Or maybe when yuo suddenly increase sugar intake.

Sounds like anxiety. Try to relax and get some rest. If you can't do that, you probably need to talk to your doctor.

The best thing to do would be to talk to your parents (if you still live with them) they know you best. If you dont live with them or if they dont know I suggest seeing a doctor because they can probably give you good suggestions.

It sounds like a panic attack - where you feel detached from everything - is your heart beating really fast also? If so, probably panic attack or stress.
