DO NOT GET YOUR PUPPY FROM THAT SOURCE! Puppies that come from puppy shops, online Puppies-R-Us type of stores, or even backyard breeders do not understand the genetic importance of breeding dogs that are only sound and have appropriately certified parents (OFA: checks against hip/elbow displaysia: CERF: checks for retinal disorders and heart checks: super important for Yorkies) They know they can make a little money on the dog and some even really love their pet and want them to have babies...unforunately these puppies can either have or pass on fatal genetics. To find a reputable breeder go to http://www.akc.org/. As for a Malti-Poo, they are an exspensive mutt. They are an adorable mixed breed, but still a mixed breed. The only people that breed these mixed breed dogs are irresponsible breeders out to make a buck. Never buy a puppy from anyone but a reliable breeder or a rescue. There are many mixed breed puppies and even plenty of purebreds out there sitting in a shelter. Your puppies owners should know the genetic history of the puppies parents and grandparents ect. To learn the right questions to ask a breeder try this link: http://www.akc.org/future_dog_owner/about_buying_a_dog.cfm... good luck hunting for your new baby and feel free to ask any additional questions
From personal experience, one of my students ordered a Brussels Griffon from a similar website...what they got is a dog twice the size and the only similarity is the hair type. They paid alot of money for the dog and didnt know that a show quality puppy from a reputable breeder not only would it have cost them less but they would have also gotten a healthy dog...at 10 months of age, his testicles still have not descended and never will. The vet is going to have to do invasive surgery for what should have been a simple neuter.

iT IS AN ONLINE PUPPY MILL. Go ahead and do what you want, but it IS a site full of crappy puppies. Most not AKC registered, and no guarantee you are getting the puppy in the photo. Over priced too. You never see the puppy until you get it. Can't see where it came from. Why would you buy there??????? Locate a good breeder near you that you can visit. You will not find a good breeder of Malti-poos since no good breeder would breed mutts, but there are lots of breeders of Yorkies. Hell, instead of buying on that sire, go to a pet store. They are the same and at least the puppy wouldn't have to be shipped to you.
Anyone that sells puppies on there is a backyard breeder or a puppy mill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have quality puppies, you do NOT need to peddle them to people all over that you never meet!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not let anyone tell you they sell on there and are a good breeder!!!! Most all of them claim "Champion sired" too!!!!! LOL!
If you spend enough time on there and look, you will see websites for some of these "breeders". Many of them breed MANY breeds!!!! Gosh, can you say PUPPIES FOR PROFIT????????????????????????????????????????????

Most of the breeders who use this site are puppy millers. Try to search locally. Buying off the internet is always a risk when you can't see what you are getting in person or where the puppies are raised. Plus the pups are usually higher than you could get from a local breeder.

I'm not sure but you should really adopt a dog at your local animal shelter or adoptadog.com or something like that here are 3 reasons to adopt a dog 1.cost less 2.may no tricks 3.they are probably going to be potty trained and every one is trying to make people adopt dogs so please adopt a dog cause millions of dogs are put in the pound or animal shelter so PLEASE adopt a dog (but im not trying to force you its just the right thing to do) i hope you go with adopt though cause its better!

I've never had any experience with puppyfind.com. If I were you I'd try petfinder.com first. They list plenty of dogs that need homes.

There are some puppy mills that go through there that I would not trust. Could you lower your standards just a little and go to your local animal shelter? They have the BEST dogs who will love you forever for taking them in. Trust me on this one, please - these dogs deserve a chance at a loving home rather than supporting puppy mill breeders.

i wouldn't go to akc.org and go to the breeders list and find one near you, they will know what to tell you never trust a site or petstore for the most part

EVERY ONE THAT LISTS A DOG IS DIFFERENT. YOU HAVE TO BE SMART. GET THEIR INFO, SEND ALL MONEY IN A CHECK TO A REAL ADDRESS NOT PO BOX. AND INTERVIEW THEM. IF ANYTHING SOUNDS BAD MOVE ON THERE ARE PLENTY TO PICK FROM. I BOUGHT 2 GREAT DANES FROM TWO DIFFERENT STATES I FOUND THEM ON PUPPYFIND .COM HAD NO TROUBLE AT ALL. ASK A LOT!
