Matt,
Follow these instructions:
Go to your cigar store and ask for a Flor de Oliva. It is a bundle cigar rather than a boxed cigar. This cigar is the best selling bundle in the industry...it is a very underpriced cigar rather than a cheap cigar. You can find this cigar for under $3.00 they come in a natural, maduro, gold (CT leaf), and corojo.
Gold is the mildest and very good...the Natural is very tasty.
You will not go wrong with this cigar. Don't listen to the macanudo and punch guys...these brands are only popular because of ads and marketing, Flor de Oliva is a great smoke and you will not be dissapointed.
ENJOY!

Check out JR Cigars at jrcigars.com. They sell a bunch of cigars at good prices. The machine made cigars are pretty cheap. If you want hand rolled, then you can still find several for less than $1 each, usually made in Honduras or Nicaragua. Most Dominican cigars are pricier, but you can get Tabantillas, made in DR, for about $30 for a box of 25.

Depends what you mean by "cheap". Most of the cigars made in the dominican republic are good quality.
