i'm a freshman in high school and i've been going out with a girl for roughly 2 weeks. i don't know what to do. i think i'm starting to like one of her really good friends, and i have noticed that i don't like being around my girlfriend a whole lot. The problem is i don't know if I should break-up with her or not. I also sit right next to my girlfriend in an 1:30 minute class every other day. Her friend is the cheerleading captian, and plays on the volleyball team. So who should I go with?

HoooBoy QB, you do have a problem. Probably not as bad as it could be though. You should give your gf the respect she deserves and be honest with her in that you just aren't as in to her as you thought you would be. Give it some time to sink in, try to stay friends!!! Very important. As for her friend, don't go there for a while. Not only will you hurt your current gf, but the other girl will get the message that you are fickle. Love em and Leave em type...You don't want that. If I were you I would just tell my gf that you don't want to have any girlfriend just now, and mean it. Make a lot of friends and continue to hang with the girls....you come off looking like a hero rather than a heel. I wish you the best of luck, and thank you for not playing with these girls emotions. Loves. Nana

Two weeks does not a girlfriend make. How you guys be serious in such a little time??? Your just a kid!!! Just tell her that you have to focus on your school work and not on girls right now, WHICH DEAR IS THE TRUTH, do NOT, NOT, Not go for her friend right away, be friends with her too for awhile, be cool, do not have a girlfriend when you do this, be nice to your ex, do not make her jealous or people like me who work in high schools will have to break up a fight which will get both girls suspended which will get friends on both sides pissed off at each other which will cause more fights and suspensions. Damn boy just join the football team, they always date cheerleaders and you will also have more things to focus on then girls.

Well don't dump her and go out with the cheerleading captain!! Only reason your loosing interest is because of lust. Talk to your g/f about this or simply QUIT CHECKING OUT OTHER GIRLS!! (Stupid Freshmen!!)

Well you are still young, and I think you should move on if you are not happy with your present g/f but remember the grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence

girls have a big problem with their friends going out with their ex, be cautious that if you break up with your gf, and go out with her best friend, then you are more than likely ruining their friendship. plus, how do you know that she would say yes to you?
think about it a little,

Do NOT get between her and her friend. If you no longer have feelings for your g/f, then be honest and end it and be gentle, try not to hurt her. If her g/f is still single next semester, maybe approach her then.......
