I think if you're a Muslim from middle east, the easiest thing
to get another nationality is from a Muslim country, like Saudi
Arabia, Kuwait, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia or Iran.
They are suppose to help another fellow muslim when they
are in trouble which is called "Muslim Brotherhood".
In the present state, the West, especially USA will not grant
any citizenship to any muslim from the Middle East.

Generally the rule of thumb is, the crappier the country, the harder it is to get in. If youre unmarried, maybe visit a country and check it out, and maybe you'll meet a woman and get married. That is the easiest way to get citizenship anywhere.

do you mean get a green card? any country as long as you go through the proper channels. someone once told me canada was the easiest but i'm not sure
