Select religions throughout history have bent over backwards to degrade and dominate over women. These are the same people who have wiped out other cultures who had very opposing views on this sort of issue. Fortunately, their tactics are the very reason that many today are turning their backs on these types of religions and opening their eyes to a brighter future!

contained in the Catholic Church, the jobs of priests, bishops, Cardinals and Popes have long previous to men. traditionally, the view is that Christ gave the "keys of the dominion" to his disciples/Apostles who have been men. Then, the jobs have handed down for the period of the an prolonged time to men. In some church homes, like Episcopal and Methodist, as an occasion, women human beings have roles as priests and bishops (i think of). there's a legend that a woman had a quick reign as Pope (Pope Joan). She disguised herself as a guy and rose for the period of the ranks. there's a great novel approximately this, "Pope Joan" by Donna Woolfolk go. there are various that disagree with this- and experience that girls human beings might make great priests. Time will tell if this variations. yet, do no longer carry your breath.

Actually most Christians are not Catholic and we don't like them either. We work and have men preachers who work very hard and some women ones. In the Protestant faith.
Jesus 12 apostles followed him every where it would have been impossible for women to do that. He was never married or had a wife. The group that is going to heaven to rein with Christ is some women. They will rule over the earth. So women play a significant role in Christianity. Rev. 12 speaks of god's women in heaven. who reins with Jesus Christ over the earth. So you don't have your facts straight. Talked to the wrong person.

Why must women and men be the same? I am a wife and mother, two things no man can be. How is that less than being a husband and father? There is a balance to all things. We women have choices and no one is seeking to take that away from us. I can work or not, provided finances allow. Personally I am content to be female and feminine. I do not seek masculine attributes or life.

The Blessed Virgin Mary is considered the most noble and holy non-divine person, and the Mother of the Church.
Wholly subservient to God, she is now more powerful than even the angels, in heaven.
Those same rewards and more are available to everyone, regardless of gender, through faith in Jesus Christ, and membership in his church.
If God prefers men in priestly roles, he must have a reason for it.
That's God's perogitive, not yours.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church states:
The Lord Jesus chose men to form the college of the twelve apostles, and the apostles did the same when they chose collaborators to succeed them in their ministry.
The Church recognizes herself to be bound by this choice made by the Lord himself. For this reason the ordination of women is not possible.
With love in Christ.

Jesus did NOT have a wife - that Mary Magdalene stuff is JUNK made up by people not of the One True Church. How do you know what the current Pope wants? The pope opposes unnatural contraception - natural contraception is perfectly fine with the church.
You need to get your facts straight.

No it is not! God made us all equal and women are just as important as men! Jesus was around when people respected men, and people today might be basing what they do off of that. But they need to get over it! Women Rock!

women and men are equal but not interchangeable
men and women were given separate covenants by God.
"Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God" 1 Corinthians 11:3
"In the Lord, however, woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. For as woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God." 1 Corinthians 11:11-12
and everything else you said after your question isnt true
