I can't get this guy out of my mind. I just wish He'd quit at my job, so I wouldn't have to see him anymore. I feel he's given me several mixed signals. But maybe I'm just reading him all the wrong way. He'll flirt with me but everytime I try to get close he backs off. But I don't feel I'm imagining the way he has sometimes looked into my eyes. But then he wont make any eye contact whatsoever. And sometimes I feel like he's trying to avoid me and then other times like he wants to be near me. Like today he said something to this lady about some work and he was saying kiddingly It's your fault and she said no it was margaret that did it. And he said oh that's even worse then and laughed. He is a friendly and kind of flirty guy to begin with. But I just got this feeling sometimes like he kind of liked me. But if he doesn't is it because he finds something wrong with me. I mean I can't even talk to him because he acts so strange. yet he talks to others.

I mean like the other day, he was talking to my supervisor and it kind of had to do with something she said to me. Something about a lady leaving that he was good friends with. All I said to him was do you miss your friend. He looked and me really strange like he wanted to get away and said yes and made a frustrated sound afterwards. I mean what's so wrong about that?

Either he's not interested and just tends to be flirty with everyone. He might think because you tried to get closer that it's too close and is slightly avoiding you to not give the right idea.
OR he's interested and confused about the way he feels and giving mixed signals because he's scared you won't feel the same.
Either way, the comment means nothing - that's just standard banter, he would have said exactly the same if they put anyone elses name in place of yours.

There must be something about you that he doesn't like. In the first place you should never get hung up on someone who works in the same place that you do. Face it! passions change and your feelings change with them. What happens if you get too close and start a relationship and then you have a falling out.
You still have to work at the same place and that could be very awkward for both of you.
Seek your love in another location and stay happy.

Sit him down and talk to him and keep it real let him know whats on your mind and at the same time see whats on his.maybe you not being with him is not so bad because do u really want a boy friend who is very flirtatious that would be a very big problem for you like i said see what he's about let him know whats up and yall do get up that's whats good but if he want to act like its all about him then realize that you can do better don't play games with him you don't have time for it hope everything works out.............

Does he treat you any differently than other women there?? Does he flirt with all the rest? He's a flirt and he knows most women enjoy a little friendly teasing. So, unless he's treating you a whole lot different than all the rest.....he's just not that into you!! Rosaq had the right idea....ask him to lunch...see what he says and does then.
