I have done this at one before. You blindfold two people. They each get a bowl to put in their lap and another for their head. (someone holds that one for them). You put cotton balls in the bowl on their lap and give them a spoon. Have them scoop up the cottonballs and try to put them in the bowl on their head. The winner is the one who has the most in the bowl on their head. It was fun, because I thought I had quite a number of them in my bowl, but I had none!! It was funny and hard because you can not feel the cotton balls so you don't know if you are scooping them up or not!

1. Do a memory match game using baby things-- then get candy bars to correspond to it. For example: picture of egg & sperm (conception) and gobstobers; picture of a little girl and Baby Ruth; picture of breastfeeding and Milky Way. When the guest makes a match, they get the corresponding candy bar.
2. Get really confusing pictures of ultrasounds. Have the guests guess what body parts they're looking at.
3. Ask the dad-to-be questions about the mom and the pregnancy. Place each question in a numbered envelope with a small prize. Have the guests read their questions to the mom-to-be. She has to answer the question from the dad-to-be's point-of-view. If she gets it right, the mom gets the prize. If she gets it wrong, the guest gets the prize.

There is this one we did at mine. It takes a quarter, and a mason jar. First you put the mason jar in the floor, make sure you have a clear 10 ft. path. Place the quarter between your knees, walk to the jar and drop the quarter into the jar. The walk is so hilarious, that it may break your water so be careful and have fun!!!

You can do a bingo game....everyone writes down something in each square...something that they think the mom to be will get as a gift. Then when she's opening gifts, they mark off the item that they guessed and if they get bingo, they get a prize.

You can buy several baby food containers (like gerbers stuff), cover their labels, and have the guests taste each one or smell each one and try to guess what it is.
