The Bible views suicide as equal to murder – that’s what it is – self-murder. God is the One who is to decide when and how a person should die. To take that power into your own hands, according to the Bible, is blasphemy to God
"You shall not murder" Exodus 20:13

While the bible forbids killing other people, it does not really expressly speak of suicide. In fact, a number of people in scripture did commit suicide --or even begged God to take their lives-- and the Bible makes no comment on the morality of such action.
Someone has already listed this page, but I mention it again because it offers a good list of people in the Bible who did commit suicide: http://www.religioustolerance.org/sui_bibl.htm
As well, Josephus recounts the ancient mass suicide of 960 Jews at Masada. While modern historians may question the accuracy of Josephus' account, what is important to note is that at times suicide happens and is not regarded as sin per se.
This is not to say that it should ever be treated lightly or even encouraged, but rather we should resist standing in judgment of those who have chosen this tragic end to their lives, many of whom are severely depressed.
The Bible also does not really mention the impact that suicide has on those who have experienced the loss of a loved one in this manner. Speaking from experience I can say that families are tormented by questions of what they might have done to prevent this permanent and irrevocable course of action --wishing that there might have been a way to reach out and find a way to make life more bearable for their loved one. If only, if only...
If you or someone you know are feeling depressed and suicidal, please talk to someone who can help you --a doctor, a counselor, or just go to the nearest emergency room and ask for help. I looked at your questions and you do seem to have this topic on your mind, and it concerns me. Please talk to someone if you find that you are thinking about suidicide a lot.

In the Ten Commandments . It says: THOU SHALT NOT KILL !
This means ourselves. We are not to harm our bodies as God refers to our bodies, as our Temples. Inside your precious Temple you have a Holy Spirit, that speaks silently to you. When you silently think to yourself and plan events out, that it the Holy Spirit inside of you, speaking silently to you. Then with Great hope, you have WISDOM ! With the two wonderful God given gifts, it will tell you, that to kill yourself it is WRONG !! Then think about the loved ones you leave behind. If we kill ourselves, the family is devistated. It will be a sadness, that will never go away. Children will suffer and not understand why their Loved one killed themselves. Chances are too, that the children will follow and feel that it is OK to kill themselves. I was always told that anyone who kills themselves is a murderer , and can not come back to ask God for forgiveness, so they shall never enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. But God is a fogiving God. He Loves us all. So the answer to you question is in the TEN COMMANDMENTS !!! GO find them in the Holy Bible.

It says do not murder. Committing suicide is a form of murder. Just because we call it suicide doesn't mean it's something else.

You shall not murder. -Exodus 20:13
That includes you. We are required to give our lives to Christ, not death. When Jesus talks about being dead to the world, that means that you ae no longer living for it but for him!
Then he said to them all: "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. -Luke 9:23

What difference does it make whether you kill someone else or yourself?
Exodus 20:13 Thou shalt not kill.
It doesn't specify suicide. However, does it say it's OK?
Have faith in the LORD. HE will carry you through ANY difficult time(s) in your life.
GOD bless
PS. Pray!!!
