No, there are plenty of girls in college. Unless he likes jail.

First of all it's pretty sad that a near grown man is with a little girl. He's sad.

Just give him the phone number of a lawyer. He's an adult so ANY sexual contact with her can be construed as statutory rape or molestation. What's worse, what if he breaks up with her and they fight and he DOESN'T touch her; she can still accuse him of doing something. It doesnt' matter if he did it or not, he will be arrested.

He will be arrested and this will go on his permanent record. It could keep him from jobs, college placement, and even credit applications. It could cost thousands to fight it.

If a little girl barely old enough to have her period is worth it, he is the dumbest man ALIVE. She may be cute, but he'll be cute to the prisoners when he's in jail. It happens all of the time.

Chances are this little just has a crush on him. Make sure that he knows that if he does date her, he could do some serious jail time. I know its only 5 years difference, but there is a big difference in like 13 to 18, and like 26-32 . Tell him to totally just tell this little that maybe when she's older like you know 21 he will date her...

You should ask your friend which he would prefer: 4 years in college or 14 years in prison! Part of becoming 18 is knowing what the law says about being 18! Don't forget to tell your friend to register to vote. =0)

I, would tell him to back UP, and fast. Jail Bait isn't anything nice. You don't know if her parents or parent will do, to this Russell if they find out. It could be very costly in the long run.
Doesn't he know of any girls in college? Why is he lurking around middle schools? Anyways I hope he thinks with his upper head, and does the right thing....anyways try and have a nice weekend

NO 13 is illegal for him he could get into real trouble if the parents want. Tell him it's not a good idea at all. If he's going to college tell him he'll meet someone there he doesn't need a child for a girlfriend.

Think twice before going out with someone that young. If anything happens, he could be charged with molesting a minor and it would be on his record for his whole life (just something to consider). I know 13 year olds are much older minded now so he has a lot to think about.

Tell him that you don't think it's a good idea, and that you understand that he likes this girl, but he's going to college! this is the time when guys leave their girlfriends, because there is so much opportunity out there.

My friend had a similar problem, she was 13 and the guy was 19 and it all ended in bad. She was ruined and he didnt take her seriously becasue she was immature, tell your friend to forget about it.
