Ok, so I need help with my Spanish h/w and I dont how to say that..

It's a combo of the first 2 answers.
Music = Musica
Home economics = Economía doméstica
Reading = Literatura (sometimes "lectura").
On the last one, "lectura," when it's used at all, applies to the very lower grades .We would say "literatura" for the higher grades, or we would use the name of the language that we are reading in, for example, "Inglés" (English) instead.

Home Economics = Mmm I think it's "Finanzas del Hogar".

Home economics = economia domestica
reading = leyendo
read = leer
