On bank notes in the UK, they state "I promise to pay the bearer the sum of...". A bank note, any bank note, is a promise, and people all over the world BELIEVE that promise. So in a way you are correct to say that the abstract power invested in money by people, is indeed greater than any god that their lesser groups of followers believe in. Faith in money is (practically) ubiquitous, whereas faith in any god is not.

Nope, I haven't been praying for you.
I don't know if I saw your previous question, but there have been others like it I'm sure. Even after the "explanation", I'm still not sure what you are driving at?
Perhaps, you are asking if our worth comes from what "good" we can offer to society? Whatever we can "contribute" through our labors?
If that is your question, then as a Christian I would tell you "NO". Our worth comes from our position as God's children. If it is based on our works, then we are ALL worthless, for the lot of us (humanity), deep inside, are evil on our own. We don't "deserve" the love of God, to make Him love us (as if it were wages). He loves us because He is our Father.
Do you have kids? If you do, do you love them because of what they can do for you, or just because they are your kids?
Compassion and love are not wasted emotions. They are the ultimate motivators, urging people to do super-human acts that will profit them NOTHING.
Ambition is a poor emotion, powered by greed. Where there is no payoff, it fades away.
Money can only do so much. It makes a very poor God. When did Money make you stay up with somebody to watch a meteor shower, when you have to get up in the morning and go to work? When did Money urge a firefighter to run into a burning building, to try and save somebody they can't even get to? When did Money urge a mother to stay up all night, to hold her child's hair back while they throw up?
Love can do all of those things. Love is a much better God than Money.

If all of us comprehend we be able to maintain somebody from loss of existence and destruction and we don't do it, we are bloodquilty. it rather is the reason we, JW are telling all and sundry everywhere to repent and get in line for salvation. we stay contained for the period of the time of the top of this methodology of issues. human beings could comprehend because of the fact they have the perfect to return to a decision no count if or no longer they suspect or no longer. human beings can no longer come to a decision approximately what they do no longer understand. specially, real Christians dodge involvement with “Babylon the great,” the international empire of fake faith and the main bloodguilty of all. “In her,” says God’s be conscious, “became stumbled on the blood of prophets and of holy ones and of all people who've been slaughtered on earth.” as a effect, we are warned: “Get out of her, my human beings.”—Revelation 17:6; 18:2, 4, 24. 23 leaving at the back of Babylon the great includes greater desirable than having one’s call far off from a club roll. it additionally consists of hating the evil practices that fake faith condones or brazenly advocates—such issues as immorality, political meddling, and the grasping pursuit of wealth. (Psalm 97:10; Revelation 18:7, 9, 11-17) How many times those events bring about bloodshed!

The word of God clearly states that the 'love of money is the root of all evil'. It is the lust for the power that money brings, the idolatry that results from the worship of money, the lengths people will go to to gain and keep their wealth. Even to the point of killing, prostituting children, selling drugs, etc, all for money.
I have read your other question and yes it was offensive to say the least. Who would decide who is of profit to society and who is not?
And what about those who are not working? They are not contributing, should we cull them too?
And what about the rest? Where should we take this? How far are we to go in this cull?
God judges not us. It is not our place to determine who is of worth and who is not. As for the sick and lame, God has given power to men to heal the sick and cast out devils. He has given man the oppurtunity to help each other.
So what else should we cull, those who do not follow him? Those who are not born again of him? And where would we start? WITH YOU?

Why do I get the feeling that you are a hurting person and longing to know that you are loved? Well you are.
Try to find satistaction in ambition and money. Where will they lead you to in the end?
You answer that question. I on the other hand already know the answer.
By the way God see's your heart. Read the Bible Psalm 139.

This is in answer to your 'culling' question. How about this: what if whites were in power and decided that blacks and indians or whatever needed "culling" because of some racial/prejudical thinking? Would that be fair? Of course not, the same as your STUPID IDIOT STATEMENT.

Perhaps you're right. However, money may not be the most important god, despite how powerful it is.
