It is ok to cry anytime you feel sad. Crying is expected when a friend dies. Just try to do your crying at a time when your friend is not around. Not that you should hide it from her, but she will need all the support you can give her.

Crying is definitely acceptable. This is one way may people release the tension and pressure of grief. Once you get through the crying moments, you will have a lifetime to remember the memories of a great friend.
So go ahead cry --- cry by yourself or cry with your friends

yes you need to cry it is natural to feel sad over the loss of a friend. you might still feel like crying for awhile you will feel better after a good long cry. don't worry about it. do you and your b/f talk about the friend? cause that is ok to do. it is something you both need. do you think your b/f needs to cry ? that's ok too. just because he's a guy doesn't mean he has to hide his feelings. just be there for one another. i will keep you both in my prayers.

It is ok to cry. It is ok to cry if you feel sad. The only time it's not ok to cry is when you are simply feeling sorry for yourself and you want attention. And losing someone you love is not one of those times.
I'm very sorry for your loss.

by all means yes.... anytime you lose someone close to you feel free to cry... my best friends grandpa passed away and at the funeral i cried, but then he was like a grandpa to me too....
still it is ok to cry because your friend lost her bf and you lost someone you liked as a friend also.... so i say cry all you need to.
