Don't use an upgrade CD. You should only use the full version cd. If you use an upgrade CD & your system has to be wiped, you have to install the orig version, the redo the upgrade. Once you're using Win2k, you won't remember where the other version's disks are. I can't tell you how many times that as a telephone support tech, I'd get a call from someone & we wouldn't know which set of disks the files we needed were on. Or the drive had to be flattened & hte poor people didn't know where the orig version was, because the system was on the new OS. Just buy the full version!

I think you just need to buy a windows 2000 cd, and that's it. I'm not too sure though...

You can get them online, like ebay, or amazon, or go to a computer store. I think sam's club might have them too...
