I have no idea, but maybe this guy has a crush on you, guys are wierd like that sometimes, they find ways to pick on you, simply because they dont know how else to show they like you. I could be wrong and in that case I hope you find alot of good comebacks!

in case you opt to, do not enable some thing else human beings dictate some thing like that! That reported, i detect pigtails to be very infantile and purely acceptable especially situations, like Halloween.

Ignore him. If he keeps doing it, file a sexual harassment report with the school. If the school ignores you, get a lawyer. You do NOT have to put up with that crap.
