It depends, some are good and some are bad. I worked at one and it was very unorganized, too many kids and too little staff. Kids were uncontrollable and it was a mess! Obviously it looked like a god facility but ehh i guess it just depends. But make sure you check it out first a couple times, ask mothers who already go there. Make sure everything looks organized, drop by unexpetedly, dont make an appt, you dont want them to let everyone know someone is comming to check on the place.

I would say it depends on the day care and the employees working there.
No day care is 100% safe because you never know if a perfectly normal employee comes to work one day and decides they're going to be a molester. It's a chance that you take every day when sending a child to day care.
But, my suggestion is to get to know the people that work at the day care and find a smaller one where you'll know exactly who to go to if anything goes wrong. Be sure to ask about credentials and the education/experience requirements for all of the day care aids.
I would let my children go as long as I checked up on the place first and felt it was an absolutely safe place to be. I think it is enriching for children to be around one another and get a quick start on learning things.

My cousin worked at a day care and she loved it she treated the children very well she loves kids and she is a very loving and warm person. I think you should look into a few day cares and pick on you think you and your children will like. Maybe talk to other people who have there children in daycare and see how they like it.

Both of my kids spent two, three years in daycare. When they were younger, they loved it. As they got older, they came to hate it. For little ones, daycare, if its a godd one, can be a good thing. Structured days, little friends to socialize with, good dietary kunch programs, special trips. Most kids enjoy this more than spending time with boring mom or dad. My kids were treated quite well...for a Y Daycare.

The day care my children went to treated them VERY well. They were a family run place and gave excellent care. My children went for before and after school care, but they absolutely loved it.

I always had a hard time sending my son to day care. I hear all these terrible things done to children whom you trust to take very good care of them and they fail miserably. So, I just don't take him to day cares any more. Now that he's in school all day I can work day's and not worry as much.

I'm a bus driver and I see the horrors of daycares. But I also see good ones. You need to go check them out for yourself. If you can't do that then find someone that has a child in one and ask their opinion. Good luck

Research ,research, research, research, and research some more. Be ruthless, these are your babies. Some places are God sends others are worthy of Dateline. Some have sights where you can check up on your children on the net live.

I doubt my son would be treated well, and would have any attention paid to him....while it's in my control, I'd rather he stay with someone who loves him when he needs to be watched.
