i keep getting these pain in my arms like my bones or something?
is this bad do you people experience this????? i do not drink milk so im real worried now???? all info is well appreciated?

Joint pain or stiffness of the joint may be caused by overexertion, injuries, arthritis, muscle pain,bursitis and other diseases. Depending on the cause of the joint pain, joints on both sides of the body and small or large joints may be affected. Don't assume it's from not drinking milk, but START getting some form of calcium in your diet. Go to a doctor and insist on seeing a rheumatologist or another specialist who can run blood tests and do bone scans. There are over 30 blood test and just as many diseases. Or you may be perfectly normal. At least you will have peace of mind.

I have that pain, mine is due to rheumatism. You should try consuming more calcium and Vitamin D. If that doesn't work, then go see your doctor...
