I don't care. When you tear open the bag and pour the whooole package down your throat all at once, it's time for rehab.

Ah but Cookie monster has done just that. Elmo has taught Cookie Monster that Cookies are a sometime food. It is tough to give up COokies 'Cold Turkey' but he is trying to cut back. So give that poor little monster a break and let him deal with his addiction in private.

Like all addicts, Cookie Monster needs to admit that he has a problem and then be willing to do something about it. Treatment shouldn't be forced on anyone, if you do, he'll go right back to the cookie aisle at Wal-Mart the minute he gets out.

He definitely has an eating disorder, but it's not the eating disorder you think!

Note that the cookies go flying all over the place, yet not one of them gets into his tummy.

This seems like a subconsciously-driven form of anorexia to me. Cookie Monster deludes himself into thinking he's eating, but what's really getting digested?

They do a bit on this on Family Guy. Cannot remember which episode...but its Hilarious. They come into his ward room to do a contriband check and finds cookies. Then he tries to say someone else put them there. He ends up freaking out and getting subdued and medicated. That was "pee your pants" funny.

his addiction to cookies isn't hurting others around him and isn't mentally hurting himself. I don't think it's physically harming him either beause over the years he doesn't seem to be gaining weight. He might eat alot of cookies but he probably exercises to burn the calories. Some addictions aren't bad. I am addicted to living and loving and laughter.

Thanks for the 2 points!
