Personally i tried the special k thing and it didn't work. there is however a diet you can use that DOES work. I have tried it. I just wandered off of it. Mostly what you eat is soup that you make with what you want as long as it has tomato juice and cabbage in it. you have to eat the soup once a day though. It does work if you have the discipline to do it.

I don't think there is a female on this planet who is happy with every aspect of her body. I'm sorry that you are feeling so badly and I get a little concerned because you state that you are not overweight. I think you are in very serious danger of developing an eating disorder sweety, and I'd hate to see that! I suffered from anorexia and bulimia for many years and is a horrible and devastating path to take. What do the people around you say when you ask about your body? I know you ask... we all do! There is also a possibility that you have Body Dysmorphic Disorder... I hope you will try to get some help before this gets the better of you. Take gentle care Hon.

I used to be 230lbs, and now, a year later, I'm 130. So I know how it feels to be disgusted with yourself. I know you'll probably read this and just dismiss it, but here's a thought. You probably don't like working out because it makes you sweat. I've been there. The most important thing is to figure out why you want change, and whether there are positive repecussions as far as your life is concerned. If you respect your goal, you'll want to meet the mark. I know, it's easier said than done. But look at all the great habits that you do have. You probably have tons! You probably have a great sense of will power when it comes to things that you find easy for you. The trick is to make working out easy. And here's how you do it. Set totally unrealistic goals and pretend you're a celebrity getting ready for a big event. If you stick to it for 21 days, even if you haven't reached your goals, you'll still see enough definition to keep going. And you're only sore for the first 5 days. It sucks, but atleast it's over in 5 days. You can totally meet your mark. And don't do the Special K thing. Try and incorporate lean meats and lots of greens like bokchoy and baby spinach into your diet. Cut sugar out of your diet. And caffeine. Eat an apple for breakfast and drink lots of water. Do eat breakfast because that's the only way your metabolism can be jumpstarted. If you skip breakfast, that's 4 hours that your metabolism could've been working off fat while processing that apple, but now it only starts going at lunch time. Don't forget the water! Not only will your loose the extra weight, you do it without loosing the elasticity in your skin. Good luck :)

Harsh but true. Start eating right and exercising at least 5-6 days a week.
Join a gym, walk in the morning. If that doesn't cut calories in your diet, no more sodas(pops), sweets, cookies etc. Eat more lean meat, not more beef, chicken grilled.
Or you can purchase home exercising equipment.
IF that doesn't work, look at surgery, gastric bypass, liposuction.

Sounds like you need to work on the muscle between your ears. I'm thinking professional help. Self loathing isn't a healthy thing and diminishes your beauty. A healthy approach to physical exercise is a good thing, but obsessing over exercise isn't so good. Good luck

We all have physical defects and they look even worse if you are that "obsesssed." I would recommend you keep doing your exercise but don't get over excited or you might end up being anorexic or bulimic. Look at yourself as who you are and if other people don't like it just let them go straight to hell. Umm... sorry for the French. Clothes also have a lot to do on how you look.

it sounds like you havent got a weight problem afterall but i think you are just unhappy with how you look like. no matter how you try to change your body with numerous kinds of diet/exercise plans, if you're not happy with the way you look, then you will be trying to change it your whole life. start by convincing yourself you look good and feel confident, and then if you do, then try to change your lifestyle by living a healthy lifestyle such as good amount of exercise, and good eating habits. special k wouldnt help you lose weight girl, there is more to dieting than just that. try eliminating carbo and too much sugar. go low salt, low saturated fat, low sugar, more fruit and veg diet.

First step, accept yourself, sometimes an obsession is the first problem to solve.
Second try walking instead of using your car.
