I have discovered that a simple thought of my mother's picture in my brain, caused tremendous stress to me!That is not only because my mother is a difficult person to bear, but also because she left me to my grandmother when I was 2 years old, took me back when I was 7, and I am dying to win her love all my life...I discovered this simple truth when my stressfull thoughts were measured by my friend's instrument.

I measure my stress by how much I eat or don't eat depending on the stress.

Stress also affects my blood pressure.

I'm irritable when I'm stressed also.

I look back at my Yahoo Answers and all the anger and I can see the stressfull weeks.

Funny though, I just had an exercise stress test done and I failed it. It showed a decreased blood flow to my heart. Now, I'm really stressed, lol
