Go back to the mental health group for your county/state and tell them you need help. They will help you and don't take no for an answer. Also there are services available - thru the parole people to help you.
Just don't give up! Hang in there! Get tough! You have to learn to love you! Don't look back - always look forward - with a smile!

The ONLY way a criminal record can be expunged (to my knowledge) is IF the crime was committed before you were 18. Then you'll have to have a clean record since that time. You'll have to go to court with an attorney to have the record expunged.
That's the process as I understand it.

Criminal records usually exist b/c a crime was committed. If we erased them, how would we know who was dangerous. Would you want your daughter to marry a guy with a "cleaned" record?
