Everyones body is unique and works differently. Some people have high pain thresholds, some do not. It also depends on what the disease is affecting. If it is impinging on some pain receptors then it will cause pain. If it is growing unobstructed then the patient may feel nothing.

some people dont feel pain as much as others. some learn to control it.
