There are still some ways to eat healthy, while spending as little time preparing it as possible. Maybe a homemade salad or any simple meal with little difficulty?

If that isn't an option, then take more walks on or near campus, maybe even while you're studying (as in, bringing short notes along to glance at from time to time). Taking a break and breathing in some fresh air really helps.

Stay out of the bars! Where do you usually end up after a night on the town!!? I know I use to find myself eating pizza from the guy seling it on the street corner, a fast food joint , or stuffing my face at home!
Seriously-do some simple exercises that will encourage you to eat healthier, as well as burn off stress. Speed walking is a great one-also always have rice , pasta, or soft taco shells on hand . Almost anything can go in a soft taco shell. Try to always make extra so you have leftovers for a quick meal. I still follow this rule and I am 36 and have a family .
It is awesome you are attempting to manage your health at an early ae- it will pay off! Good luck!

going to the store and getting some healthy food. if you live in a dorm I can see how this might be a problem since you probably dont have a stove. you could get a mini fridge and store fruit and milk in it, then at least you can have healthy cereal for breakfast and fruits for snacks, and maybe some healthy sandwiches for lunch. for supper try not to get greasy anything. if the cafeteria has salads eat those, or anything like chicken (NOT FRIED!) or better yet, turkey. soup is good too. my mom told me to eat a lot of soup when i started college and I do because its cheap and good for me. if you are able to make it then dont buy condensed (campbells) but get the kind with lots of veggies in it. good luck!!

You could buy some salad, the kind that comes in bags because it is just easier, and a bunch of toppings and experiment. Like feta cheese, blueberries, tomatoes, &c, and it's kinda boring, but you can do stuff to make it more fun, or add chicken nuggets (or fake ones if you are vegetarian). Also, whole wheat things are better, so bread, waffles, &c, will be healthier. Keep to skim milk, buy granola bars for quick snacks.

Chunky soups straight from the can. No heating required as they are mostly precooked before they are vaccuum sealed. I've been doing it for over 20 yrs. and I'm still alive.
